Refund Policy

Cancellation by attendee

48+ hours before event: Full refund
24–48 hours before event: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours: No refund, but you can transfer your spot to someone else

Cancellation by BLR Hangout Hub

If we cancel an event for any reason (weather, venue issues, insufficient RSVPs), you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another upcoming event.

No-shows

If you RSVP, pay, and don't show up without notice, no refund is provided. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future events.

How to request a refund

Contact us via WhatsApp with your booking details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Spot transfers

Can't make it? You can transfer your spot to a friend at no extra charge. Just let us know via WhatsApp at least 12 hours before the event with the new attendee's details.
